Does cutting a day off from the Amish Friendship Bread starter affect the outcome?
I have the Amish Friendship bread starter recipe last Saturday (04.04) and had in mind was to come for Easter. Now I realize that if I want bread that is eaten at Easter would have to add the flour, sugar and milk at 9 days 10 days prescription. Will this affect the bread anyway?
Amish bread I made like 10 times in the past year. The recipe is very forgiving. If you do a day or two sooner or later makes no difference, I swear!
