I have a quick question and need your experience …?

Well, tonight I'll be doing this pasta dish http://www.barillaus.com/recipes/Barilla_PLUS174_Angel_Hair_with_Artichokes_Zucchini_Lemon_and_Tarragon.aspx My son made the comment that there is no meat in it, so I was thinking of adding the skinless boneless breasts. How to do this? Do you slice up and saute in the pan with olive oil and crushed garlic? Or you leave the breasts whole, sauté and serve in the top of the pasta? All ideas are welcome … OH and I have tarragon, potential replacements in mind? Thanks as users

3 courses I like angel hair pasta to what they are doing. In all of them I can use boneless chicken breasts without skin. Just cut into small pieces and saute `until brown them lightly with olive oil, virgin. Season with s & p mix with everything else. Next time try it with broccoli florets and sliced carrots diagonally with the chicken and mix in some feta and fresh with some wilted spinach.
