How can I make a meal Bento Delicious?

Hello everyone, I love to Bento (Japanese food), but lately it is aggravating that have the same old plain white onigiri with nori rice or pasta sauce. I've been looking online but am having trouble finding ideas for a really tasty bento. Want to that the type of Bento always see in stores with a little meat, rice and many vegetables, but I will not like .. Sanrio characters. I want simply delicious and easy to make.: I eat fish but my boyfriend does and from that prepare lunch for both of us prefer recipes without fish lunches not as ground beef – it gets all icky at the time we arrive at lunchtime to eat. I eat healthy as healthy ingredients are preferred. Please show me sites with the addresses (in Japanese is very good!) or even the list of your favorite kind of Bento treat. Bonus points for the If you can write to food brands. I live in Japan, so let's keep it local if you have suggestions for food ^ _ ^ v Thanks in advance!

My Bento Fave food: Spinach Goma-ae, which is blanched and chilled Dressing Spinach with sesame paste, mirin and soy sauce. bricks in the spinach and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top. Yakiniku – Grilled up some chicken with sauce and serve with rice and chicken salad Karaage – awesome fried chicken is always cold the next day I soak mine in bulldog katsu sauce and mayonnaise and serve with rice and a slice of lemon in Japanese omelets as its the same recipe as Tamago – with condiments and the like, then add the greens and azuki bean, cut into squares for a section of obento. It lasts a couple of days and its very good.
