"Looks like there was a change in the style of Chef Ramsay's books recently, since the launch of Chef * 3 has been moved back to more basic home cooking. Cooking with friends is a real back to basics, cookbook quality, have a stove with all the time.

As usual, well presented, with great photos, tips and suggestions of the great man and quite a few dishes good too. It 's the type of food to cook and eat on a regular basis things like chicken pot pie, broccoli soup, blue cheese cakes, cooking etc. Real good quality home. The book is well presented, with sections on:

coffee and chocs – dark wedge cake, coffee and choc pots
