Please please please help?
Well, long ago, like, years ago, 7 … gave me a recipe for cookies Special oats … The best class ever … but I lost it. I was chip oatmeal, chocolate and mint in the recipe … I make 'em every Christmas. If you know where to find (Either in general or on the web) would be helpful. Thanks! OMG
Just Ducky! That sound like him! THANKS!
I found this on Site: 1 3 / 4 cups flour 3 / 4 teaspoon baking soda 3 / 4 teaspoon baking powder 1 / 2 teaspoon salt 1 cup unsalted butter or margarine, softened 1 1 / 2 cups brown sugar 1 / 4 cup sugar 2 large eggs 2 1 / 2 tsp 2 1 / 2 teaspoons vanilla extract mint 1 1 / 2 cups semisweet chocolate or chocolate chips, chopped 3 1 / 2 cups semisweet old oats Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in September. side. Beat butter, sugar and eggs until well blended. Add vanilla and mint. Stir the flour mixture to butter mixture until smooth. Add the chocolate and oats. Drop the dough by heaping teaspoons (or tablespoons of the cookie) on greased cookie sheets spacing. With lightly greased or wet hands press the cookies in the center of about ½ inch thick. Bake in upper third of oven until cookies are lightly browned. The time will vary between 6 and 9 minutes, depending on how large you like your cookies. Turn 4 minutes and start checking after 6 minutes until done. Remove cookies from oven and let cool slightly before removing to a rack or paper towels. (I usually use paper towels because I do not mind erasing a bit of fat and I prefer the final texture.).
