Salmon starter for Christmas?
have a have a good recipe for smoked salmon starter for Christmas, a lift type thing. I had the time better when I stayed at Hotel Lancaster House, but nothing like moose Wil be good. thanks
Smoked salmon, cucumber and dill, smoked salmon mousse 1 pounds (preferably unsliced), skin, bones and removing the fish cut into 1/4-inch dice (about 2 cups) 2 cups seedless cucumber, seeded 1/4-inch dice 1 / 4 cup fresh chopped dill sprigs 1 / 3 cup red onion (about 1 small), soaked in ice water 5 minutes, drain, and dried 2 1 / 4 cups onion 3 tablespoons sour cream fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon grated fresh lemon zest 2 tablespoons cold water 2 1 / 2 teaspoons (1 envelope) gelatin unflavored Garnish: cucumber made by cutting thin strips lengthwise, seeded 1 large cucumber with a vegetable peeler Accompaniments: toasted varied and / or cookies Lightly un 8 – to span the whole cake of bread-2 and line with plastic wrap.
