Paradise Cafe Coco Chocolate Chip Cookies?
I'm looking for a recipe for coconut coffee, chocolate, cookies Paradise. If someone could give something similar or exact match of the recipe, it would be awesome! Thanks!
1 / 2 cup butter or margarine, softened 3 / 4 cup sugar 1 egg 1 / 2 teaspoon coconut extract 1 1 / 8 cups flour 1 / 2 teaspoon baking soda 1 / 2 teaspoon salt 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips 1 / 2 cup shredded coconut In a bowl, beat butter and sugar. Beat eggs and coconut extract and mix well. Combine flour, baking soda and salt, add to the mix cream. Add the chocolate and coconut. Drop by rounded tablespoons 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees F for 11-13 minutes or until browned. Remove to wire racks to cool.
