The cookies are filled with coconut and chocolate are in the middle?
Does anyone have the name and recipe for these cookies? I thought they were called balls snow, but I can not find anything other than the rolled in powdered sugar. The ones I look for are as moist and chocolate macaroons have hidden in the center.
