Is it okay to make fudge with milk chocolate?
Hi everyone. I’m making fudge for the first time, using Kraft Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme that I got from the supermarket. I have never made fudge before in my life. I’ve read a ton of recipes and most of them suggest using semi-sweet chocolate chips. I only have milk chocolate chips and (as an alternative) 3/4 of a half a pound of Hershey’s chocolate. Does that matter at all for my recipe? How will it taste differently if I use milk chocolate chips/bar instead of semi-sweet? I remember my sister using them once and it tasted different in cookies. If there are any differences in recipes for using milk chocolate in fudge, then please post them.
my mom mixes dark and milk chocolate and butterscotch and some other stuff
quite good
