This is a good meal plan for tomorrow?

I'm trying to lose about 10 pounds slowly and in good health. I ate well today, what is there to tomorrow? Breakfast: 1 cup Kashi Go Lean Crunch (I spoon and drain 1% milk) with fruit Lunch: Subway 6 inch wheat bread, turkey, provolone cheese, cucumbers, lettuce, tomato, onion, black olives, sweet onion sauce Snack: Light & Fit yogurt, some fruit Dinner: a Weight Watchers recipe book or something Kitchen Cooking Light Delgado truffle ice cream bar beef (100 calories) Oh, and I will be exercising too. :) I usually eat chicken or something for dinner and I will be getting the protein from there … Turkey also has protein, too.

Sounds .. Healthy and good too. If it will be the exercise of trying to include more protein in their diet. In any case, you may lose the sweet onion sauce and ice cream because that's all I see is not very healthy but I can not do too much of a difference.
