Does anyone have a recipe for a spicy, creamy seafood pasta?
Ok, here's the deal. A coworker of mine brought some leftovers the house that his brother cooked for her. It linguini (I particularly do not care too much) with scallops, shrimp, flounder and plenty of other seafood. It was very good. It was spicy and creamy and very tasty. I've done something like this, but do not actually have the same taste or contain it. Usually when I make a creamy sauce and there are leftovers, the next day what happens is the butter begins to separate from the cream and its just an oily mess. Any suggestions? My friend said his brother-in-law use oyster sauce in your recipe as well ..
