Eagle Ridge Village @ Fort Drum??? Did I make the wrong choice?
My husband and I are moving to Fort Drum from Germany in a month and we have put down a security deposit on an Eagle Ridge Village Townhome in Evans Mills, NY. Can anyone please tell me if these townhouses are nice and worth the cost??? I’m getting mixed responses from everyone!! Thank you so much for any help and info you can give me!!!
We left Drum in May 2008 and Eagle Ridge had only been opened a few months, I personally never lived there but had friends that did. They loved there place because everything was new and plus the apartment included a washer and dryer. For as close as it is to post its worth the rent. If we didnt PCS we were going to move into one, their rent was $300 dolars cheaper a month then what we were apying to live on post and since post is now private we also had to pay utilities…so eagle ridge would be your best bet
