Does anyone have a recipe for fresh pasta KitchenAid mixer (without eggs)?
Kneading is something I SUCK! Does anyone have a recipe for egg-free pasta (vegan) that can hook knead the dough in a KitchenAid stand mixer? Thanks
2 cups semolina flour 1 / 2 teaspoon salt 1 / 2 cup hot water to reach a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Add hot water and stir until dough is stiff. Increase water if dough seems too dry. Pat dough into a ball and turn onto a lightly floured surface. Knead 10 to 15 minutes. Cover. Let dough rest for 20 minutes. Roll out the dough with a rolling machine or pulp. Working with one quarter of the dough at once. Keep the rest covered to prevent drying. Roll out to 1 / 16 inch thick. By machine, stop in the third to the last adjustment. Cut dough into desired shapes. Cook fresh noodles in boiling salted water for 3 to 5 minutes. Drainage.
