very good recipe for shrimp paste?

Hi I have been looking for a really great kind of pasta recipe shrimp shrimp. Most are too soft, or not bold enough. I want something that has lots of juicy shrimp, garlic, spaghetti and a good white wine butter sauce. Also, I have intended to put red peppers in it. I'm just not good with measurements taking a look, and always comes out too dry or too fat (too much butter) Any ideas? Thanks!

Sounds like your on the right track now. I like to fry the shrimp in a little olive oil, almost dry, with a tooth I remove garlic after cooking. Then, in the same pan make a sauce of white wine and add the vegetables. Then mixed with your choice of pasta. I prefer linguini myself. Food Network website has a recipe for white wine sauce.
