What icing is best for gingerbread?
I'm making gingerbread tomorrow and wondered what kind of training ice to put in them. Is it the best real icing? If so, what is a good recipe?
ICING: 2 egg whites £ 1 teaspoon powdered sugar 1. lemon extract Glaze: Beat egg whites with a whisk, add sugar and lemon to achieve the thickness.
