6. Chicken Salad:
Ingredients: 1 cup bite-size chicken, half cup of sliced mushrooms, ½ cup of grated carrot, half cup of shredded cabbage, 1 onion sliced, 1 tablespoon cilantro, 2 tablespoons salad dressing low fat, black pepper.
