Good for you – from the beginning will keep you looking younger for longer. This is what I do and it works. I am 48 and look more young for years with the perfect size 6 body. Going to the gym also helps! Breakfast Options: – fresh fruit is better (always eat on an empty stomach because the fruit is not digested in the stomach – which goes directly to the intestines), I like cut melons, pineapple and throw in some blueberries – delicious! "instant oatmeal – high protein (no sugar, no flavor is best) – slice of bread (whole grain) with something healthy in it – hummus, almond butter, goat cheese, cottage cheese or jam real fruit (low sugar)-boiled eggs (high in protein – can be done night before)-yogurt – very good for you! Lunch Options: – organic vegetable salad with olive oil / balsamic. Throw in any of the following: pine nuts, grilled chicken or salmon (last night), sunflower seeds, feta cheese, cranberries dried tuna (no more than 2X/week), flaxseed, avocado, grated cheese – whatever you want! You can eat this every day and make it different every time! Snacks: – Fresh vegetables – The best!-Nuts – especially almonds, cashews, but these are not high in fat (good fat), too. Fruit (apple, orange, etc.)-can be obtained healthy granola, fruit, protein bars, but these are usually fairly high lime Dinner options: (I usually make a salad with meat + vegetables daily and add rice or potato (baked is best – easy to make in the microwave Poke holes with fork and nuclear for 5 minutes) 2-3 times a week of meat: Chicken breast grilled, fish, turkey are excellent choices (high protein and low fat)-salad – Greek, Caesar or mixed vegetables (cucumber, red pepper, onion, tomato). You can make a different one every time! Vegetal – especially good are asparagus, green beans, carrots (if calories are not a problem, go ahead and add a little butter, margarine, but no – that will kill you!) Dessert: dark chocolate 70% cocoa or higher) is really good for you, but only 1 square per day. If the Weight is not a problem – have anything you want, but not every day – too much sugar. Maybe 2-3 times a week – enjoy what you love most. Eating healthy is not deprive yourself – is about being balanced. All the best!
