so for that I have: refried beans, salad shredded carrots, flour tortillas tuna (Low-carbohydrate, low-fat) may or may not get chocolate biscuits hummus + slimfast shakes (for lunch) This is a listing of two weeks. What other things that are healthy but delicious food and recipes that I can add to my list? now I'm confused, but I know we need more variety. I would like lose 25-30 pounds. so I'm collecting the foods low in fat but rich in fiber.

Low in fat and high in fiber, but you do not have any fruit?
