What else should I add to this lunch?
I can bring my lunch to school, and I wondered what I could add to it .. I can keep cheese has 100 calories and snacks 100 calories of fat-free chocolate / vanilla pudding cup. I want something healthy. Should I bring a sandwich? What type? That could bring a coat .. Anyone have any good recipe? Any other suggestions? Thank you. xx
Their cheese and pudding does not really provide nutrition and the energy you need for a full day. You should try to bring some other things to make both good taste and give you more enery. Then, calories really just means the amount of energy provides a snack. Changing a bit like you feel like it, if it were me, I would point out the following: a can apple juice, a turkey and cheese on wheat bread, apple slices, baby carrots, and maybe a treat like chips, cookies or pudding that. I hope you can fix that lunch!
If I could be more demanding.
