healthy pasta recipes cookbook
i’m creating a cookbook, but don’t know how to organize the categories, can you help?

it’s mostly for healthier dinners and for kids/teenagers to use in the house. there won’t be drinks or appetizers, and i can’t think of any ways to organize the recipes besides “casseroles/pasta” and “soup/salad”. i’m using a binder with dividers to make it easier and not having to flip through 200 recipes. any ideas? the food is mostly dinner meals like casseroles, crock pot, stir fry, and sandwich things.

You’ve got the basic idea. You can separate into large categories like casseroles, soups, pastas, salads, one pot meals, sandwiches, etc etc etc…

But to make it even simpler, with some extra work, you can break down each of your large categories into smaller sections, like “Vegetarian,” “Chicken,” “Beef,” etc. So you’d have “Soups: Chicken.” “Soups: Beef.” Etc etc… :)

If you really want to get into detail, you can sort these smaller categories alphabetically. Or by nationality. Like Italian, French, Greek, American.

Mine are broken down into sections like this… using the large categories, then into smaller, and done alphabetically. :) It works really well. I have a separate book for my appetizers, desserts, and drinks and they are broke down the same way. Good luck!
