What should I do for dinner tonight?

I have brothers capricious, I do not want any meat, chicken or seafood. I prefer an easy meal of pasta with vegetables or something easy. I want the recipes from simple ingredients I can get in my kitchen. I do not want French fries. I prefer something healthy. Thanks and please I would love a recipe you've done before.

Pasta puttanesca Ingredients: 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 1 onion, finely minced 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 4 anchovy fillets, chopped 1 small red chili, seeded and finely chopped 2 tablespoons capers, rinsed and drained black olives, August 14 oz tomatoes quartered can chopped ½ teaspoon salt Tues ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper 1 tablespoon finely chopped black fresh flat-leaf parsley spaghetti Preparation 1.HEAT 2 tablespoons oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the onion for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. 2.Add the anchovies and garlic and cook for a minute, stirring to dissolve anchovies. 3.ADD chili, capers, olives, tomatoes, salt and pepper, and boil. 4.Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 5.WHILE sauce is boiling, cook pasta. 6.DRAIN cooked pasta in a colander and place the sauce in the bottom of the pot. 7.TOP with hot pasta, parsley and a tablespoon of reserved olive oil, and stir gently to mix.
