I need a program to stop the recipe for dinner?

I got my boot – prawn cocktail W / homemade bread, and my desert – Banoffee cake W / Coated chocolate and homemade cherry ice cream. I need a plate! someone suggested duck, but I've never cooked duck before, so I would love to see some ideas. otherwise I'm looking for something to complement the other 2 courses, a bit adventurous and very attractive to those present! I'm not big into chunks of meat so pls no fillets – But it may be well with chicken breast – and the duck, of course, very interested in trying to cook duck (but no sauce hoi without PLS). thank you very much for your ideas and I choose I do as best answer. It seems they have chosen but popular classic entrees and desserts, which will very well. My idea would be to go with a set of any roast beef (cooked med rare) with sweet roasted végső color and potatoes dauphinoise (pots layers of cream, garlic). If the weather is hot and want a more summery dinner go with a salad with season végső végső instead of roast. Always adhere to simplicity when doing a dinner, these courses included the suggested ive can be easily prepared refrigerated and once in the oven gives you plenty of time to spend with your guests. One thing I'm saying is that buying the best meat you can afford from joint butchers who uses worth it! Good luck!
