What are some healthy recipes, but filling for breakfast, lunch and dinner?
I'm new to this "healthy" lifestyle. I try to eat things that fill me, but fruit does not fill me. I need ideas and / or recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner that equals about 1,350 calories in total. What are some choices, but filling prescriptions or for breakfast, lunch and dinner?
Good for you !!!!!!!! Starting a new way eating healthy is not easy, I know, but experts have been saying for years that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. The fruit is large and most important, but so is the fiber, protein and dairy. Remember that by the time the day ends, no matter what you EATT fuel for tomorrow (Within reason) is most likely to burn at the end of the day. I have come to love this website called Myrecipes.com, because most of the healthy, lighter Cooking giants have recipes here. I have listed some of the most popular breakfast recipes here, but I would hope that you can browse through some of their other recipes as well, build your daily menu with your calorie needs. I love you too that give you a recipe with all the calories, fat, saturated fat, cholesterol and such requirements, so you can balance your diet based on your specific needs.
