School lunch boxes in the UK have reached some stick recently, with research showing that almost none of the banks reviewed were deemed healthy lunch and a massive 50% contained no fruit or vegetable.

3. Pita bread filled with falafel house (-made or bought), topped with a little mayonnaise or Hummous, shredded lettuce and watercress round. repair muesli bars sweet, but read the ingredients and look for bars with no added sugar.

4. Sandwich cream cheese, grated apples and grapes. Make a dessert for the spread of chopped roasted banana with a little honey. Mix in some raisins and pop in a bathtub.

5. Baguette with Cheddar cheese and coleslaw. A dessert of carrot cake or a banana muffin is a great way to sneak in an extra serving of fruit or vegetable! Make a batch of its own claims that they are healthy and can be stored in the freezer until needed.
