pasta recipes, quick and easy?
Ok, so I basically live in the paste, And I'm just sick of my recipes / ideas, so I was wondering if anyone had any I could try that are quick and easy. i only eat fish and chicken, and cheese loveee with my pasta. oh and does anyone has a simple mac and cheese recipie reallly? and you can do with a packet of cheese sauce? erm yeh i have time for the sauce, either bottle, package or fast to make as some sauces.
HEALTHY MAC-N-CHEESE 1 (14.5 oz package.) Ronzoni Smart Taste rotini pasta 1 / 2 c. dry milk powder 3 c. fats 1% milk 3 tbsp. butter 1 / 4 cup flour 1 (12 oz package.) Frozen butternut squash puree 1 (8 oz. Pkg.) Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. salt 1 / 4 tsp. pepper 3 / 4 cup crushed Ritz whole wheat crackers (about 18-20) 1 / 4 tsp. Dried thyme Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat shallow 2-qt baking dish with cooking spray. Cook pasta as directed. Drain, reserve. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered milk to 1% milk until smooth. In a large pot, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium-high heat. Whisk in the flour. Cook, whisking constantly until it begins to brown. Stir in milk mixture until blended. Cook, stirring until thickened. Stir in pumpkin until smooth and blended. Add cheese until melted and smooth. Add salt and pepper. Remove from heat. Mix pasta in cheese sauce. Transfer to a baking dish. Melt remaining 1 tablespoon butter, stir in the biscuits and dried thyme. Sprinkle the mixture over the pasta. Sprinkle individual servings with grated cheese and mozzarella cheese Lucatelli. Serve with fresh Italian bread and some grilled chorizo. Make a salad and serve red wine
