What are some good Italian recipes that include pasta?
I like Italian but I'm not a fan of pasta, so usually for beef or chicken saltimbocca. It is a pork chop with prosciutto sauce with lemon, and capers. It also depends on why you do not want you to try gnocchi pasta (balls potato) or risotto (a creamy rice dish) Hope this helps!
