What pasta dish goes well with red wine?

So my friend went to Italy recently and bought a red wine that was highly recommended by the owner Store. Well, we decided to cook something, but my friend is a vegetarian, so we're looking for some good pasta / pasta sauce recipes that go well with red wine (and do not include meat)

How about a linguini, sautéed mixed with diced tomatoes, fresh basil, oilve oil, garlic, salt, pepper and cheese Parmesan cheese? It's dee-licious!
