Help impress my dinner guests?

Ok, last week we went to our neighbors, for the first time for dinner. They did an "awesome" Italian dinner. It started with antipasto snacks, Italian bread, salad, manicotti, penne pasta, sausage, meatballs, etc … dinner was amazing! Then, dessert with a Keurig coffee maker, so we had a choice of what type of coffee you want! It was a great dinner! So ….. I want them to dinner next door. I'm not much of a cook. I have some specialties, but I really want to make something nice. My question is, I have a very good recipe for Pepper Steak which made in a clay pot …… is really good, and usually have more than white rice. What do I have with the pepper steak ….. any suggestions for snacks, etc. I really want to be special for them. Thanks! Thanks to everyone for their ideas, all are great!
