Any good recipes with chicken breast or steak?

A co-worker of my boyfriend gave us a lot of meat, because he and his wife became vegetarian. I really like to cook something with it. Not the chicken, steak, roast beef, burgers, and things a little pig. The problem is that I need a good recipe with not a whole huge list of ingredients. I can not afford to go to the grocery store at this time. I have all kinds of spices, cream of mushroom soup, beans, pasta and sauce tomato / soup. So any good idea for dinner tonight?
