Fresh tomatoes from my garden. Great full bowl. Olive oil. Ajo. Onion. Basil. In large skillet, a little olive oil and stir in the garlic and onion. Sauté until the onion begins to soften. Stir in tomatoes. Cook until approximately Half volume. Pass through a food mill or Seiva or similar device to remove skins and seeds if desired. Continue cooking until sauce is about 1 / 3 original volume. Add fresh basil or oregano, salt, pepper.
