Does anyone know of a good Italian sausage recipe?
Do not know if anyone can tell me recipes, uses tradional no mild Italian sausage than type of pasta dishes. I want to do something totally different from using this wonderful Italian sausage. Thanks for any suggestions.
MI BURRITO: 1 1 / 2 lbs. sausage Italian, cooked 1 onion, chopped, cooked 1 small can chopped green chiles (optional) 1 package of flour to create a frozen vegetable mix (broccoli, peas sweet, water chestnuts, red pepper strips) 1 package chili seasoning mix 3 / 4 cup water 1 (8 oz.) package shredded cheese (Mexico) 8-10 large tortillas sour cream flour In a large skillet, cook sausage and onion thoroughly; drain fat. Aside in a bowl. Chiles in the same saute until qualified and frozen vegetables tender, re-add the sausage mixture, chili seasoning and water. Mix until blended and heat until bubbly. Place a small amount of cheese at the bottom center of the tortilla (see instructions on how to wrap the package) followed by 1 / 2 cup of sausage mixture. Double bottom-up, the interior side, roll up. Place seam side down on cookie sheet. The same procedure with remaining tortillas. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with cream sour.
