Chewy Choco Cookies

Ingredients:

1 box dark chocolate or milk chocolate cake mix (preferably use one of the marks with a cup of pudding mix already added to the mixture. Use Pillsbury or Betty Crocker.)

Baking soda 1 cup chocolate chips

Halfway between third and 1 / 2 cup oil

2 eggs

Instructions:

Mix together in large bowl the cake mix, eggs and oil in large mixing spoon. The oil should be half somewhere between one third and half mark. I found that most are too oily and less dry. After the cookies finished mixing the ingredients, pour into a cup of chocolate chips and mix again. Leave one inch balls on a cookie sheet.

Try to smooth rolling balls between them in the palms before plopping them down a cookie round more evenly baked. Bake at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes. Cool for a few minutes before serving. Cookies will initially a bit swollen, but sink down once cooled for a few minutes.
