Cheese and sun-dried tomato parcels – These little packs are filled with the taste of soft melting cheese and spicy sun-dried tomatoes, the perfect appetizer to a summer barbecue.
For Evagelos Agalou, Aldemar Paradise Royal Mare, Rhodes, Greece
• 100 g gruyere cheese
• 100 g feta cheese
• 100 g mass edge
• 30 g of sun-dried tomatoes
• 10 g fresh basil
• Freshly ground pepper
• 20 ml olive oil
Cut cheese into cubes and prepare three sheets of filo pastry, brushed with oil.
Place pastry sheets on a surface flat and place the cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and basil on top. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and wrap in an envelope.
Fry in abundant oil and serve immediately.

• 75 g squid
• 75 g chopped shrimp and fish
• 10 g finely chopped bell pepper
• 5 g finely chopped carrots
• 5 ml balsamic vinegar
Cut the squid. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside. Combine chopped seafood, carrots, peppers and balsamic vinegar.
Carefully place a spoonful of the mixture of seafood in each squid.
Turn the squid so that the mixture is touching the baking sheet. Poach in oven with boiling water for 15 minutes. Allow to cool. Garnish with lemon wedges, a sprig of dill, cherry tomatoes, beans. Season to taste with the juice lemon, salt and pepper.

• 60 g of vanilla ice cream
• 150 g fresh strawberries
• 15 g passion fruit juice
• 25 g of honey
• 40 g whipped cream
• 15 g vanilla sauce
• 15 g of sweet balsamic
Place the basket in the center of crispy plate, spoon the ice cream in the center of the basket. Dissolve the honey in the passion fruit juice. cut strawberries into quarters and mix with honey and the juice of passion fruit, and then place on top of vanilla ice cream. Drizzle caramel sauce, vanilla and balsamic around the basket and pipe whipped cream to decorate.
