Looking for a recipe with Meat Ravioli for a Valentine’s Day dinner…?

I have an entire week planned for the week of Feb. 14th (V-day) with my fiance at this beach house we rent. I have VDay dinner planned out with different courses and such but the only thing I can’t decide on is the main course. I wanted to do something with meat ravioli in it because it’s our favorite food (Italian) =) but I don’t want to do just raviolis and tomato sauce. But not anything too fancy either because I’m not the best cook and if there’s too many in-depth things included… uhm, I’m more likely to mess it up haha. Also, we like simple things, not the weird hippie/yuppy stuff, if you know what I mean. I would prefer something with a red sauce. So I’m doing Shrimp cocktail as an appetizer and a “pasta dish” with garlic bread for the main dish and then homemade Cherry Cobbler à la mode with cherry drizzle for dessert. If anyone has some quick and/or easy ideas or recipes, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
