Simple 3-course meal for 2?
It's my mom's birthday this Saturday and I will make 3 meals courese for her and my dad as a gift, she asked which contains no fish but other than that she has no preference. I'm struggling a bit of ideas. I Woluld suggestions for 3 courses which are 1: Starter 2: main meal 3: dessert that has no allergies or preference only to provide fish or shellfish are the main components. I would like the 3 courses to which a similar kind of example, Italian, Mexican. and that contrast nicely wiuth each other. Also suggestions for drinks and wines to go with the food would be very useful. I do not need recipes of all though if you can provide links or your own recipe that would be much appreciated, Thanks
