An amazing recipe, please, someone!?

I need a complicated recipe and surprisingly beautiful, whether for a plate of pasta or cous cous or something style. Something that makes your mouth water! I am cooking for my other half, for the moment the time as usual (well … almost) usually does the cooking, is cooking complicated pasta and chicken dishes, with the king prawns and scallops and all those things. I have the starter and dessert buffets as they are fab, but now I just need a main dish, something FANTASTIC! Any ideas?
