Mexican sugar cookies are the same as Mexican wedding cakes?
I have this recipe for Mexican sugar cookies orange juice and cinnamon added to them, but when i search online cookies I only get different variations of Mexican wedding cakes …
No, no. Here is a croissant recipe (MEXICAN WEDDING COOKIES) 1 / 2 cup powdered sugar 1 tablespoon butter, C., softened 2 tsp. 1 teaspoon almond extract. vanilla extract 2 cups C. flour 1 / 4 tsp. salt optional: 1 C. finely chopped or ground almonds or pecans Preheat oven to 325 In a large bowl, whisk together 1 / 2 cup powdered sugar, butter, and extracts until light and fluffy. Add flour, salt and almonds or walnuts (if desired). Mix until a dough forms. Form 1 inch balls or crescents. Place in an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes.
