Is this a good daily plan for weight loss?
I shed some weight for the summer and I have no idea whether the things to do and eat during the day will help me achieve that goal. I try to go to bed around 10 or 11 and gets up around 8 or 9 am for a total of 8 hours of sleep. I usually a cup of coffee and eat a banana or a pop tart. I try to eat a light lunch, but I snack between lunch and dinner. Then, later in the day you usually get on the elliptical machine for 30 minutes and drink a bottle of water. For dinner try to eat a little food and eat slowly, so I know when I'm full and not over eating. I just started this couple a few days ago, but I still think there is room for improvement. If I skip the coffee? His only a cup, but I'm only 15. I want to make more healthy foods in my diet, but do not know why. I heard yogurt is good, but what kind? Is there anything healthy delicious a teenager would like? I like to cook, but I can find healthy recipes seem difficult to perform or gross. Please help.
