I need to Easter dessert recipes! hurry?

I am a great baker and cook, so any skill level. I need a dessert Spring / Easter for Sunday dinner. no cookies, please! maybe something light or cake, but only challenges nothing and money is not a problem. Please include photos if possible. Also anything with too much icing, sugar, etc. childlike.fruit decoration or right, just something light and fresh, even recipes flan. im made a strawberry cake mousse cake but went wrong and gelatin did not set, so we also need something that has no time to bake toooo. thx:)

I'm making a polenta cake for my Easter dessert because it is a gluten-free recipe and my friend has celiac. Polenta dessert I know sounds weird, but various pastries / cakes are made with polenta surprisingly delicious and not too difficult.
