i need a recipe?
the recipe is called gorgonzola speck e rigatoni (i think!)
it has rigatoni pasta, parma ham, rocket lettuce and a cheese cream sauce, i need to know how to make it as i am making it for my wedding anniversary
Radicchio and Gorgonzola salad
SERVES 4
Preparation 15 minutes
Cooking none needed
1 head of radicchio
150g Gorgonzola
3 tbsp toasted pine nuts
For the dressing
4 tbsp olive oil
1 dsp wholegrain mustard
1 dsp white-wine vinegar
2 dsp honey
1 dsp tepid water
salt and pepper
Assemble the salad by pulling the leaves of the radicchio apart and roughly chopping the Gorgonzola.
Prepare the dressing by putting all the dressing ingredients together in a clean jam jar and, with the lid on, shake well. Season to taste.
Drizzle the dressing over the radicchio leaves and the Gorgonzola. Sprinkle with toasted pine nuts and serve.
