Should I make the turkey or the duck this year for Christmas? Parts for the cranberry sauce?
Okay, so for Christmas dinner, we having 10 guests, including us (6) = 16 people. I'm thinking of doing the duck this year for a change. I know this great duck recipe that my sister can help me with. However, we have a tradition that the Christmas turkey. Moreover, it is a replacement for the sauce, cranberry sauce? If you can please include the recipe. I think it would be difficult to duck for many Unless people just cook a lot of breasts, a duck can only feed about 4 people, so you need to cook four.
