Help finding KitchenAid Recipes?
I just got the 5qt. heavy duty stand mixer for Christmas (insert happy dance here). However, the recipe book that came with it is about 1/2 the size of the one that came with my Mom’s 5 years ago. The KA site no longer has a recipe section and I am dying to try the pasta attachment.
At one time there was a recipe for a VERY buttery VERY vanilla crunchy cookie. It could really only be made with a heavy duty mixer because the dough was so dense. Now that I have the hardware to create the little darlings I can no longer find a recipe.
Any and All help will be greatly appreciated!
