So there is the uproar that children in Britain do not eat properly and live in steals and all that, little brother's school have been given free books recipe that seems like a great idea, do you think is really going to help or if they even parents to cook proper meals? (And just out of curiosity, what Jamie Oliver, with decent school lunches, which already do things like that in other countries?)

I think it's a good idea, the more kids who are interested in eating decent food to parents more than cooking, my son is obsessed with recycling (by school), turn to me and my wife recycle everything, schools can help educate parents through their children.
