Any EASY AND SIMPLE Oats Granola / cookie recipes?

Instead of buying granola bars .. I want some easy recipes granola bar that can have for snacks when I have hungry ….. I do not want any recipes that are very difficult to understand or require really expensive things .. just simple .. I have no much in the kitchen .. And as oats .. Any use of Quaker oatmeal? I have a whole pack of Quaker oatmeal .. How I can make granola bars / Cookies from it?
