How do you make peanut butter cookies? I have only peanut butter, flour, sugar, etc. but I have not vanilla
I Chinese and American have no baking products around the house, but I have this craving for cookies serious …. I'm looking for a recipe that requires only peanut butter, sugar and eggs, and simple things like that. Thanks!

Mix sugar, peanut butter, lard, butter and egg in large bowl. Mix ingredients remaining. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until firm. 2. Preheat oven to 375 º F. 3. Shape dough into 1 1/4-inch balls. Place about 3 inches apart on the ungreased baking sheet. Flatten in crisscross pattern with fork dipped in sugar. 4. Bake 9-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 5 minutes, remove the tray. Cool on a rack). Total (time will vary or oven cooking time is per batch. I was totally impressed with these cookies. As a student college, I made tons of cookies (especially peanut butter) and was always huge and flat, but due to the cooling of these "cookies" which was circular, plump and chewy. They were delicious and eaten in a night.Note: I put the dough in the refrigerator for 45 minutes and went great!
