Anyone know what shrimp & pasta recipe this is?
My husband’s friend is a chef & made a shrimp & pasta dish, but won’t share the recipe. I can give you the ingredients that I recognized. Hopefully somebody knows the recipe! It is a hot dish, not cold.
It had:
Shrimp
Penne Pasta
Zucchini
Yellow Squash
Red, Green, &Orange Bell Peppers
Parmesan Shredded Cheese (sprinkled on top)
It was mixed in an orange-ish/salmon pink-ish colored cream sauce with what looked like a few herbs – maybe basil/oregano/rosemary?
I know for a fact that there is no crab in the sauce. He did verify that all the above ingredients are correct, but won’t say anything else about the sauce.
That is probably his signature recipe and no, he won’t share it. But at a guess the cream sauce probably has crab and tomato in basic white sauce with herbs. Anyone’s guess what the herbs are. You would just have to experiment to see which make it taste best. Tarragon, chives, basil, parsley, cilantro, mint, would alll go good with the ingredients you mention.
