Will I lose weight this way?
Ok, first of all, I am not fat, just have a little extra fat that I would like to get rid off. I am 5’9 and weigh 165 pounds. Here is what I eat.
Breakfast: Coffee or Cabbage Soup ( I found a recipe online for really low calorie soup and my mom always cooks a big pot of it)
Lunch:I’m in 9th grade, so we have school lunches. I always eat some sort of salad with meat in in with no dressing, also a carton of milk (I think it’s 1%) and sometimes an apple
Dinner: More cabbage soup and water.
Snacks: Pears and water
I exercise a lot because I do aggressive skating (google it please in images) and I run 650 calories on the treadmill everyday and I do crunches everyday and alternate different weights.
So, will I lose some weight this way, because during the summer, I want to be able to take my shirt off and to feel more comfortable.
Concerns: I think I may be eating not enough calories and that I may be drinking too much water (water weight)
Yes. That should be fine but add some protein to your dinner. Like boil a couple eggs.
