How does this course of 4 good dinner?

I'm doing this for my parents who are partners to come for dinner and some friends – its all my prescription original, be as honest as you like. — START Minted onion and celery mass plots with tomato sauce and mozzarella. (Mint leaves just a touch soft) MAIN Haddock —- mushroom tart leaks and everything, butter crumb herb stuffing, covered with roasted garlic pepper wedges and garden peas. (Cake will be seasoned with spices soft cinnamon and nutmeg, again not much) — DESERT elderflower and red cherry cream crumble to drizzle syrup – (to be presented in the vanilla wafers shredded) (also with brown sugar topping and vanilla extract, elderflower and natural leaves and red cherry puree and some placed on top) to prepare Homemade iced tea DRINK —- lime and ginger. i need to put aside anything, or it can sound, I'm no chef, but I can boil an egg well.

I can not wrap tongue around the mint at boot (I'll just have to trust you) or cinnamon in your main course (but I like cinnamon, for starters). So let's say least those things both sound great. I do not know what elderflower, but apart from not knowing the taste of the dessert sounds good. I love lemon iced tea and ginger. =)
