Trying to stay healthy! Calories?

I have thirteen years of age. I'm not fat, but I want to start replacing my fat with more muscle. I'm noticing I'm starting to grow faster, and I am aware of the fact that my body needs protein to do so. Did I mention that I am a vegetarian? What are some good diets for me to have on a normal basis to stay in shape and get the nutrients they need? What should an average calorie intake for someone who is presently 5 feet and 80 pounds? All help is appreciated. PS I can drink 5 cups water and 2 cups of milk each day. Is that enough?
