Teen vegetarian food ideas?
Well, I have been vegetarians. I have not eaten meat for two days. That does not sound like much, but there has been a large amounts of meat hanging in my face by people telling me to eat meat. The truth is that I love meat and all, but I just hate the idea of dead animals for can have a Bacon sandwich. Here is a little bit about what my vegetarian diet is like – I already get tones of proteins. – I would eat dairy products and eggs. Despite that I hate dairy products. – I do not eat fish. – I have done my research. – And in case you did not notice, I do not eat meat. Now, here's my question. Do you know some great ideas, and delicious vegetarian food? Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks? Any good sites with recipes? Thanks for the help! Bonus Question: I think I am a lacto-ovo vegetarians. Am I? I had to say, his past five days and now I do not crave meat. I am very happy with myself!
First, Congratulations to you for doing a great lifestyle! It takes courage to do that at an early age. Then I say that while the suggestions for eating meat "Fake" products are well, do not become dependent on them. In some cases, foods are high in sodium, containing modified organisms genetically or have more fat than you expected. Read the label carefully and make sure it is something that will make your good body. * Eat responsibly *. LOL. All right. On top of the food ideas. Since they are lacto-ovo, the possibilities are virtually endless! I would warn that eating lots of pasta, cheese and cheese pizza. I did the first time I became a vegetarian and I was miserable. Just make sure you are eating a variety of fresh foods – and I can not stress enough that it must change its "color" as well. Breakfast: whole grain cereal or oatmeal, breakfast burrito homemade (with vegetable sausage or bacon, eggs, salsa and tortillas one …. It's that easy! … and as you do not like milk, you can always omit the egg), whole grain waffles, bagels, muffins, etc. Lunch: vegetable wrap or sandwich (just add favorite vegetables w / meat or lettuce, tomato, onion, alfalfa sprouts, hummus, cucumber, etc), vegetable soup, salad with low fat vinaigrette dressing, PB & J. .. Dinner: Black bean soft tacos or burritos, vegetarian chili, meatloaf, vegetarian sautéed vegetables (or whatever size) – with or without tofu, mashed sweet potato, "chicken" and broccoli casserole ….
